 Reporting to the Manager of Franchise Development, Scott will be responsible for Franchise Sales, which involves bringing new franchisees into the system and leading them through the store opening.  Although I have been in franchising for 15 + years, I have not been in the automotive industry. Convincing employers that business/relationship/sales skills were more important that having specific industry knowledge was the biggest obstacle I faced.
